Warren is a lawyer practicing all areas of immigration law. His experience includes applications under the federal skilled worker and Canadian Experience Class categories, family sponsorships, LMIA/work permit applications, study permit applications; applications on humanitarian and compassionate grounds; as well as admissibility and criminal rehabilitation matters. Warren also has expertise in provincial nominee applications, and in particular, Ontario PNP Investor class applications.

Before starting Warren Chan Professional Corporation, Warren practiced corporate, commercial and securities law at a well-regarded boutique law firm in Toronto.

Warren obtained his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2007 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2008. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association, Citizenship and Immigration Section. He was a contributor to the Canadian Bar Association Immigration Section's guide to the Canada-European Union (EU) Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).
